Promo Rules

The application of all promotional and loyalty programs, referred to as "promo codes" in the following text, is exclusively subject to the following rules:

1. "Promo codes" are a voluntary service of the company and can be revoked at any time.

2. "Promo codes" cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

3. "Promo codes" have a designated expiration date and must be redeemed before this date.

4. The valid use of "promo codes" can only be applied to the products or product categories that we have previously specified.

5. "Promo codes" do not apply to shipping fees.

6. "Promo codes" are only valid for the previously specified geographic regions or countries.

7. "Promo codes" may be restricted to online use only.

8. The company reserves the right to change "promo codes" at any time without prior notice.

9. All "promo codes" can be revoked at any time.

10. If a "promo code" is acquired as part of a promotion or loyalty program, the company can cancel the customer's participation in these programs for violating the rules of use of "promo codes".

11. The number of available "promo codes" may be limited.

12. The number of used "promo codes" may be limited by the issuer.

13. "Promo codes" may only be active on certain days of the week.

14. "Promo codes" may only be valid for a limited time period per day, e.g. during certain opening hours.

15. "Promo codes" cannot be used for orders already placed and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.

16. The valid use of "promo codes" may be limited to one code per group/person.

17. "Promo codes" cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

18. "Promo codes" cannot be used for orders that are already reduced or on sale. Also, the combination of multiple "promo codes" is not possible.

19. The company is allowed to request an identification confirmation when using the "promo code" to verify the correct use of the promo code.

20. The company can cancel the "promo code" if these rules and terms and conditions are violated. In this sense, individuals may be excluded from future promotions.

21. The "promo code" may be limited by a minimum or maximum order value.

22. The "promo code" may be limited by the number of uses within a certain period of time, such as a week or a month.

23. "Promo codes" may be excluded from certain actions or offers of the company.

24. The valid use of "promo codes" may require registration for a specific promotion or loyalty program of the company.

25. The valid use of "promo codes" may be restricted to certain types of payment methods such as credit cards or PayPal.

26. The valid use of "promo codes" may be tied to the purchase of bundle or package deals.

27. The valid use of "promo codes" may require the customer to share the promotion on social media to be eligible for the discount. This will be announced prior to redemption.

28. The valid use of "promo codes" may require registration for a newsletter (providing an email address or phone number).

29. The valid use of "promo codes" may be restricted to certain age groups, e.g. retirees, students or school children.

30. For the valid application of the promo code, it may be necessary for the customer to meet certain eligibility criteria, e.g. be a first-time customer or reach a certain monetary amount.

31. The valid application of "promo codes" may be restricted to a certain currency and payment method.
